New Classes and Team Format for 2015!!!
Traditional Cheer Squads (K - 7th grade) Squads cheer at football games during fall football season. Cheerleaders learn the fundamentals of traditional cheerleading while promoting team spirit.
Performance Classes (2nd - 7th grade) This new class session/team is designed for the cheerleader who enjoys a variety of cheerleading events and performances. It requires less time commitment than last season's Performance Team, and still gives cheerleaders the opportunity to learn and perform fun dances in a variety of venues with their friends.
Exhibition Team (2nd - 7th grade) This team is similar to last year's Performance Team but for the more serious cheerleader who is ready to "take it up a notch”. This team requires a higher commitment level than Performance Cheer Class or Traditional Cheer Squad. Once school begins, practices are mandatory. Cheerleaders will learn a fast paced cheer routine with emphasis on stunting technique, performance technique, formation changes and tumbling.
Summer Cheer Classes (5 week Session) These class sessions are laid back and fun for cheerleaders who want to continue cheering in a class environment but don't want the commitment of a full season. Classes begin in June.
Check back in March for more details on new format...
