NEW!! Exhibition Teams (2nd through 7th grade) Formerly known as "Performance Teams"
This new exhibition team is designed for the more serious cheerleaders who would like to take cheerleading to the next level. A fast paced, advanced dance routine with advanced motions, jumps and stunts will be taught. Routines are choreographed and taught by the BVCC trained coaching staff. Attendance at practices and performances are mandatory. Commitment and dedication will be expected of all cheerleaders participating on an exhibition team. Cheerleaders will not cheer for football games. Uniforms will be different than traditional cheer squads: Season for performance teams will be mid-July through mid-December. Performance teams will be split by grade level: 2nd/3rd grade, 4th/5th grade, 6th/7th grade. If enrollment exceeds the maximum # allowed, the team will be split in two. Cheerleaders from the same school and/or previous squad will remain together on the same team unless they specifically request otherwise. Cheerleaders can participate on both the traditional cheer squad and the performance team if they desire. More info/costs available in February.
Registration fees for all classes/teams include: BVCC t-shirt, participation trophy at end of season, weekly cheer practices at our state of the art indoor practice facility.
**All summer practice day/times will not be set until May. As soon the schedule is set, parents will be notified by their assigned coach. If practice day/time is a conflict for a cheerleader, refunds can be requested before practices begin in July.
Registration is closed: Late Registrations will be accepted depending on team/squad availability. Please email Linda Hadel at Lhadel@kc.rr.com to inquire if there openings on a particular team/squad.
